i need motivation to play my electric guitar?

im lazy i learnt years ago now im really bad cause im so lazy. you would think my hearts not in it but im obsessed with music. who can give me motivation? any guitarists/ you tube videos, famous people? anyone like me, who learnt late, at 17, who is lazy lol?

you should try to learn a new part to a song or a new song every few days. Check out marty Shwartz on youtube for really easy lessons. Practice them every day. Just to speed up your learning you should also learn a new chord every few days. Just find a song you really want to learn and dont stop until you know it. Start with some easy ones first though.

just keep at it i had the same problem after i bought my first guitar i pleyed it fo a moth and then didnt touch it for a year and a half. just practice alot. youll be surprised how much you can learn within a week.

try learning songs with power chords first theyre easy and can help gat you started. try nirvana, white stripes, maybe some marilyn manson.
